Job summary

Sinopec Tech Middle East LLC is seeking an experienced Liner Hanger Service Engineer to support liner hanger and completion operations across Saudi Arabia.

The role involves on-site execution, preparation and mobilization of liner hanger systems, with emphasis on safety and adherence to client expectations and company standards. When not in the field, you may work in the workshop as directed by your supervisor.

Travel to rig sites is required; Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of liner hanger operation experience (50 jobs).
• Willingness to travel to rig sites.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred; knowledge of liner hanger systems.

• Execute liner hanger and completion operations at the wellsite.
• Prepare, assemble, test, and mobilize liner hanger systems and related tools.
• Ensure proper installation and functionality of equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time technical solutions.
• Support related activities such as cementing and completion operations.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
• Promote a strong safety culture at the worksite.

The Liner Hanger Service Engineer, when not working in the field, is required to work at the workshop as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years and 50 jobs of liner hanger operation experience.
• Travel to rig site is required.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of liner hanger systems.
• Familiar with mechanics, hydraulics, drilling, cementing, completion, and common downhole tool applications.
