• Assist in running a job; perform pre/post job inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleanup, and preparation of equipment for next job.
• Mentor peers and train Operator Assistants; monitor well-control parameters.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
