Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Operations professional in Al Khobar to perform equipment rig up and rig down and ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed. Candidates must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards and promote safety awareness.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months of relevant experience and competencies. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Duties

• Perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for performing a job.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Responsible for safe operations of service equipment, including DME, high pressure pumps, and/or blenders during delivery of services in accordance with the customer’s job design and KPIs.
• Perform necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
• Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
• Coordinate clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
• Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.
• Promote and contribute to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Promote and take an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
• Skills are acquired through six months of experience and completion of required competencies at current and next level.
• Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
