Job summary

Azure is a lifestyle experience provider managing premium residential communities in Riyadh. This role supports residents during the morning shift, acting as the main contact for requests, inquiries, and complaints while coordinating with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and other teams to ensure timely responses.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality or related field, 1–3 years in Front Desk or Hospitality, excellent English, and strong follow-up and coordination

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and handling requests.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Record, track, and follow up on requests until completion.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security and other teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor pending requests and communicate updates to residents.
• Escalate urgent issues to the Community Manager when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, complaints and follow-ups.
• Ensure effective communication between residents and operations teams.
• Support daily community operations and uphold service standards.
• Coordinate handovers with the night shift to ensure smooth transitions.

Job Purpose

The Lifestyle Concierge – Morning Shift serves as the main point of contact for residents, handling their requests, inquiries, and complaints. The role coordinates with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and other relevant teams to ensure timely follow-up and a smooth residential experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and respond to their requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Receive, record, and follow up on residents’ requests until completion.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor pending requests and communicate updates to residents.
• Escalate urgent issues and unresolved complaints to the Community Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, complaints, and service follow-ups.
• Ensure effective communication between residents and operational teams.
• Support daily community operations and maintain Azure’s service standards.
• Coordinate with the night shift to ensure proper handover of pending requests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Residential Operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and record service requests.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
