Job summary

Riyadh Air (RX) is seeking Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus A320 fleets with emphasis on regulatory compliance and safe operations.

We require a Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent, a valid GACA/EASA license, and recent certifying experience, with leadership to supervise maintenance personnel and ensure high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid GACA / EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical).
• Last five (5) years aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator QA department.
• Recency letter from current (and previous employers if applicable) outlining scope of work and work duration, stamped and signed by MRO Quality Assurance Department
• Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators and/or MROs

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting and certification activities.
• Carry out and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, structures, cabin interiors, avionics, engines and components.
• Supervise and coach maintenance personnel and support line maintenance operations.
• Promote a Just Culture and ensure incidents are reported through the Safety Management System.
• Keep aircraft airworthiness and readiness at the highest safety and quality standards
