Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to build and coordinate graduate development programs across Saudi Arabia. You will design learning pathways, support knowledge transfer, and partner with senior experts and external providers to strengthen talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with HR and technical teams to tailor onboarding, localization, and capability-building initiatives, ensuring learning solutions align with business needs and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in learning and development, training, or related HR roles.
• Experience in consulting environment supporting technical or project teams is preferred.
• Experience designing graduate and early-career development programs.
• Strong knowledge of knowledge transfer, mentoring, and learning pathways.
• Good understanding of Saudi Arabia's local training landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and support graduate development programs and learning partnerships.
• Lead training delivery, logistics, and stakeholder coordination across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop learning materials, toolkits, and evaluation frameworks for programs.
• Monitor progress, maintain training records, and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and external providers to meet capability needs.
