Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sr. Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute all launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness.

You will interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Development to ensure successful launches from concept to SOP. You will lead readiness assessments, build event coordination, issue management, validation activities, and operational readiness to achieve safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional launch activities and gate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch planning & readiness for new vehicle programs and major product changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet launch requirements.
• Manage build events, issue resolution, and validation activities.
• Develop launch readiness dashboards and reports.
• Provide launch status updates to management and executive leadership.
