Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness.

You will lead readiness assessments, build-event coordination, issue management, and validation activities to achieve safety, quality, cost, timing, and volume objectives from concept through Start of Production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute launch plans for new vehicle programs and major product changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness and track milestones.
• Lead prototype, pilot, validation, and production build events.
• Manage issues with responsible teams and drive closure plans.
• Validate equipment, tooling, and production systems for readiness.
• Provide launch status updates to management and leadership.
