Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute all launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness. You will serve as a cross-functional interface among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Development.

In this role, you will lead readiness assessments, build-event coordination, issue management, validation activities, and operational readiness to meet safety, quality, cost,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience with launch planning, cross-functional leadership, and APQP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute vehicle program launches.
• Lead cross-functional readiness assessments and build events.
• Manage issue resolution and escalation for launches.
• Validate equipment, tooling, and production systems.
• Develop launch dashboards and governance reports.
