Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness. You will serve as the central interface across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Program Management, and Product Development to ensure successful launches from concept to SOP.

The role leads readiness assessments, build event coordination, issue management, validation, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs and major product changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure launch requirements are achieved.
• Lead readiness assessments and build event coordination.
• Manage issues and track closure with responsible teams.
• Validate equipment tooling automation and production systems.
• Develop launch readiness dashboards and reports.
• Communicate status to management and executives.
