Aufgaben

• Evaluate, modify and price benefits for large corporate new business and renewal quotations.
• Build effective relationships with sales and client management partners to win and retain business.
• Identify areas of improvement in the Large Corporate underwriting workflow.
• Collaborate with underwriters in other offices on regional opportunities.
• Assess, validate and analyse datasets for underwriting and ensure data governance across pipelines and reporting tools.
• Drive automation of reporting tools and improve data models for scalable analysis.
• Develop and manage portfolio reporting across key underwriting KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis actual vs. expected plan, delivery forecasts and identify drivers.
• Assess pricing strategies and impact on growth, profitability and market standing.
• Support pricing frameworks and underwriting guidelines including periodic reviews.
• Provide analytical input into operating plans, forecasts and strategic plans.
• Identify performance gaps across segments and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with Sales Strategy & Planning, Actuarial, Finance and Operations.
