Job summary

Cactus Companies in Saudi Arabia (Dammam SPC, 2nd Industrial City) seeks a Lead Technical Support Engineer to provide engineering disposition and technical support for the KSA manufacturing and services operation, aligned with Global Technical Support Engineering.

This role also supports technical discussions, SIT, and interaction with external customers; lead SIT, review reports, and participate in CAPA actions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Engineering for Surface Pressure Control equipment including Field Technical Support.

Responsibilities

• Create engineering outputs (drawings, reports) to meet design intent and standards.
• Review NCRs and support CAPA actions.
• Lead System Integration Tests (SIT) and prepare procedures and reports.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting during testing, assembly, and field issues.
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering, procurement, vendors, and testing.
