Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience in Surface Pressure Control equipment, including field support.

Responsibilities

• Create engineering outputs (documents, drawings, reports) ensuring design intent and customer requirements.
• Review NCRs, propose dispositions, support corrective actions.
• Conduct RCA related to design, manufacturing, or field issues and support CAPA.
• Lead SIT including procedure and report preparation/review.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support during testing, assembly, and field issues.
• Support audits with engineering clarifications and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews, progress meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and value engineering in quality and processes.
• Respond to technical queries, deviations, and clarifications from internal or customers.
• Prepare/present technical explanations and solutions with customers when required.
