Aramco is seeking a Process Engineer with extensive SRU and SWS expertise to join the Operation Engineering Solutions Department. You will monitor, optimize, and drive performance improvements for refinery SRU/SWS units, delivering remote and on-site technical advisory support and benchmarking across global facilities.

The role requires deep SRU/TGTU/SWS process knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders to implement cost-effective improvements within Saudi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years refinery or gas plant experience with at least 10 years in SRU/SWS-related units.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular performance reviews of SRU & SWS facilities, analyze KPIs related to operability, profitability, reliability and safety.
• Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support in implementing performance improvements and closing gaps.
• Lead benchmarking and best practices exchanges among Global Manufacturing facilities.
