Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of total refinery or gas-plant process-unit experience.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience with SRU, TGTU, or SWS plants.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize operations and achieve performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance reviews of SRU and SWS facilities.
• Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with improvement recommendations.
• Deliver on-demand remote and field technical advisory support.
