Career Land Center in Kuwait seeks an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations across outlets, develop high-quality dessert offerings, and ensure exceptional pastry standards.

You will manage production, cost control, menu development, and team leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with relocation support and visa assistance provided. The role offers exposure to a large group within Kuwait's vibrant F&B sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader.
• Strong background in restaurants, hotels, luxury cafés, or high-volume F&B.
• Deep knowledge of pastry, desserts, cakes, and production planning.
• Experience in multi-outlet pastry support is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, training, and cost-control skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery operations across outlets.
• Create, develop and enhance dessert menus, cakes, breads, and chocolates.
• Ensure all items meet company pastry standards and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and decor.
• Supervise, train, and motivate pastry team for high performance.
• Oversee production planning, mise en place, and stock rotation.
• Support bulk production for events and high-volume operations.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and portion control.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, purchasing, and management teams.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of pastry equipment.
