Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager - Information Management in Riyadh to lead the programme-wide information management framework.

You will ensure secure collection, control and use of project information across PMO functions, driving data governance and system integration to support decision-making. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, MIS, IT or engineering.
• 15+ years in project controls, programme management or information management, incl. 5+ years in digital transformation.
• Professional certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, networking or project management.
• Experience implementing information management frameworks on large-scale infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, information architecture and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programme-wide Information Management Strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies and data quality standards.
• Lead development of information management systems and digital collaboration tools.
• Ensure integration between document control, project controls, scheduling, cost management and PMIS.
• Define information lifecycle processes: creation, approval, storage, retention, archiving.
• Oversee data governance, accuracy and integrity of project information.
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support leadership with reliable reporting, dashboards and MI.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and tech providers.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for information management and optimization.
• Manage information management teams and resources.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
