Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior Manager - Information Management to lead the programme-wide information management framework for a major Riyadh infrastructure programme. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will govern data quality, lifecycle processes and system integration across PMO functions to enable informed decision-making.

You will drive digital transformation, implement enterprise data solutions, ensure information security compliance and deliver reliable executive reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in project controls, programme management, or information management, with 5+ years in digital transformation.
• Certifications in cloud, security or agile areas (e.g., MS Cloud Solutions, Oracle Cloud, Cisco, Scrum Foundation).
• Experience implementing information management frameworks on large-scale infrastructure or programme projects.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of information security standards and data protection.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the programme-wide Information Management Strategy aligned with PMO and client objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, policies and procedures for information management and data quality.
• Lead development and management of information management systems, document management platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Ensure effective integration between document control, project controls, scheduling, cost management, reporting, and PMIS platforms.
• Define information lifecycle processes including creation, review, storage, retention and archiving.
• Oversee programme data governance and ensure consistency, accuracy and integrity of project information.
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support leadership with reliable reporting, dashboards, analytics and management information.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, consultants, contractors and technology providers on information management practices.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for information management and process optimization.
• Manage information management teams and technical support resources.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in information management.
