Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team and ensure a warm, high-quality dining experience. The role requires supervising waiters, maintaining standards, and coordinating with management to deliver exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, customer-service focus, and a proven track record in fast-paced F&B settings. Relocation to Kuwait is required and candidates should be ready to join a large hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or similar F&B service role.
• Strong experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Leadership and team-supervision skills.
• Excellent customer-service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• International hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Lead and support waiters during daily operations.
• Ensure service follows company standards.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Take and serve orders accurately when required.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge; upsell.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with service team, kitchen, bar, and management.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate specials.
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and conduct.
• Assist with staff training and coaching.
• Support opening/closing procedures, stock control.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
