Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Head of Pass for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the pass area, ensuring accurate plating, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver high quality dishes.

The Head of Pass will monitor timing, order accuracy, allergens, and guest requests while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Head of Pass or similar F&B service role.
• Strong knowledge of food service flow between kitchen and service.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pass area during daily restaurant operations.
• Check all food orders before they are sent to the guest tables.
• Ensure dishes are prepared, plated, and presented to standards.
• Monitor timing, temperature, order accuracy, and service sequence.
• Coordinate with kitchen, runners, waiters, and management.
• Ensure timely delivery to correct tables and correct any issues.
• Communicate with chefs and staff to avoid delays or mistakes.
• Prioritize orders during busy periods and maintain flow.
• Check allergens and special requests before release.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the pass area.
• Support service recovery for incorrect or late orders.
• Guide staff on pickup procedures and compliance with hygiene policies.
