Haskoning is seeking a Senior Consultant Dry Bulk & Materials Handling to lead consultancy and engineering projects across the Gulf Region. You will translate industrial challenges into practical, commercially viable solutions while building long-term client relationships.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, support projects from feasibility to implementation, and be based in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia, contributing to regional and international assignments.

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7-15 years of experience in dry bulk handling, materials handling, terminal engineering, mining, ports, or heavy industry.
• Proven Gulf Region project experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing technical assignments and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute across feasibility studies, master planning, concept design, tendering, and implementation.
• Specify and integrate bulk handling systems for industrial and port facilities.
• Lead workshops, site surveys, technical reviews, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and review technical reports, tender documentation, and design specs.
• Support procurement, tender evaluations, and contractor selection.
• Collaborate with international specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert market needs into assignments.
