Job summary

Novel Non-Metallic Solutions is seeking a Customer Delivery Director to lead end-to-end execution of non-metallic projects in the Gulf region. You will oversee field service teams and contractors, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chains to meet milestones from order through close-out.

Responsibilities include planning field operations, ensuring safety and quality, managing risk, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline with pipeline infrastructure exposure preferred.
• Experience leading field execution and service delivery in energy/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and implementation of Non-Metallic solutions from order receipt through commissioning and final handover.
• Manage field service teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and field support.
• Plan and coordinate field resources, equipment, materials, and logistics to meet project schedules and commitments.
• Ensure field activities comply with HSE policies, quality standards, customer specs and industry codes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Management to ensure project readiness and execution.
