Job summary

Egis in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure) to lead planning, design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work with private developers, government agencies and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, Chartered Engineer status, and strong project management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance capabilities in a Saudi context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (SCE) credential.
• 10–15 years of professional civil engineering design and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and other digital design tools.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local/regulatory processes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases.
• Act as Project Manager and Design Lead on complex schemes.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and external design partners.
• Oversee technical reports, calculations and construction documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities.
