Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure) to join our Riyadh team. Lead planning, design, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, coordinating with developers, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.

You will oversee feasibility, design development, tender support, and construction stages, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to business development and fee proposals. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (SCE) credential.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in civil engineering design and infrastructure delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception through construction.
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation networks.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and BIM/design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across all phases.
• Act as Project Manager and Design Lead on complex infrastructure schemes.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and external design partners.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
• Lead design reviews of infrastructure systems and prepare technical reports.
