Job summary

Solaiman A. ElKhereiji (SAK) Engineering Consultant Company in Riyadh is seeking a Sr. BIM Engineering Manager to lead a landmark mixed-use project on site, driving BIM execution and collaboration.

You will manage the onsite team, enforce quality controls, and coordinate with PMC, Client, and contractors to achieve milestones. The role requires 15+ years in BIM/engineering, with GCC experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 15+ years experience in BIM/engineering, with 10+ in similar roles and 5+ in GCC.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; COBIE and GIS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC, and construction supervision best practices.
• Experience with museums, heritage sites, or high-rise projects in a PMC or construction supervision role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage onsite project team to align with goals.
• Coordinate with PMC, Client, and contractors to drive milestones.
• Oversee BIM protocol implementation and ensure standards compliance.
• Perform BIM model quality checks and resolve design conflicts.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary reviews ensuring model-drawing alignment.
• Prepare progress reports detailing challenges, solutions, and milestones.
