Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator - Structural-Civil to support BIM coordination, technical review, and QA for luxury developments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will review and coordinate BIM models across structural, civil, architectural, MEP, and interior disciplines, ensuring compliance with EIR, BEP, and PMC procedures.

The role emphasizes complex interfaces, clash detection, and data validation to support future asset handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical engineering discipline.
• 12-15 years of professional BIM management experience.
• 10+ years on high-end luxury building projects.
• Minimum 2 years in a PMC, client, or lead consultant role on mega-projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate structural and civil BIM models from external consultants and contractors.
• Validate model information against EIR, BEP, and PMC quality procedures.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination workshops and resolve design conflicts.
