Job summary

Alstom in Riyadh is seeking a full-time System BIM Coordinator to manage project modelling tactics and BIM outputs across delivery stages. You will work with Civil Work design teams, subsystem installation teams, and validation teams to drive integration design in BIM and resolve geometrical clashes.

The role emphasizes coordinating across systems, delivering BIM processes and methodologies, and supporting the System technical validation.

Qualifications

Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of BIM engineering/technical experience.
Experience in BIM coordination on large infrastructure or rail projects.
Proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, and Civil 3D.
Familiarity with ProjectWise for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Deliver BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for collaborative production, maintenance, and delivery of information and data.
Manage overall project modelling tactics and BIM output for the scope.
Direct and facilitate coordination across systems.
Lead integration design in BIM and built meetings.
Follow the delivery schedule of Civil Work BIM and subsystem installation BIM.
Review submitted models for interferences and quality of level of detail.
Assist the Design Civil Work Interface & BIM Manager in design development.
Support validation by checking deliverables as part of System technical validation.
