Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the BIM or related industry.
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions.
• Ability to use time productively and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Update the BIM model.
• Prepare parametric modelling using Revit.
• Develop accurate construction drawings based on BIM platform.
• Coordinate setup of shared file server with Design Team IT.
• Ensure BIM is used properly to test design requirements.
• Liaise with Design Team BIM and IT Managers for software installation.
• Deploy BIM standards and monitor compliance.
• Conduct design coordination and clash detection.
