Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon is hiring an experienced BIM Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead and manage BIM processes across multiple projects, driving digital construction delivery in a fast-growing market.

You will oversee BEP development, model coordination, CDE setup, and LOD standards, with responsibilities spanning 4D/5D/6D BIM deliverables and collaboration with cross-functional teams. GCC/KSA experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• BIM certification (Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• BIM-related certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years in BIM/construction with GCC/KSA experience aligned to large-scale projects.

• Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan across active projects in KSA.
• Lead BIM coordinators, modelers, and CAD teams on project sites.
• Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and related tools.
• Establish and maintain CDE using ACC/BIM 360; coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on BIM matters.
• Produce 4D/5D/6D BIM deliverables when required.
• Support tendering and pre-construction with BIM-based quantity takeoffs and visualizations.

ROLE SUMMARY

The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across ABL-KSA's projects. This role demands a highly experienced professional capable of driving digital construction delivery in one of the fastest-growing construction markets globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) across all active projects in KSA.
• Lead and manage BIM coordinators, modelers, and CAD teams across project sites.
• Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and related tools.
• Establish and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) using platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
• Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for project teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on BIM-related matters.
• Manage Level of Development (LOD) standards across all project phases.
• Produce 4D (scheduling), 5D (cost) and 6D (facilities management) BIM deliverables were required.
• Support tendering and pre-construction stages with BIM-based quantity takeoffs and visualizations.

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• BIM certification (Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• BIM Related certification is an advantage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and UK/GCC BIM mandates.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM/construction industry with at least 5 years in GCC/KSA.
• Proven track record managing BIM on large-scale infrastructure or building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience working on government, hospitality, and infrastructure projects in KSA is essential.
• Must be willing to work in Riyadh and travel to project sites across KSA.
