Job summary

Soundlines Consultancy is seeking an Airport Ramp Services Supervisor to oversee baggage sortation, loading/unloading, and arrival/departure operations. You will supervise teams, allocate manpower, and ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and security requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year in airport baggage handling, strong English communication, weather readiness, and a valid driving license. You will coordinate with OCC, ensure accurate baggage tracking, and maintain equipment and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in airport ramp services or baggage handling.
Supervisory or team-handling experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of BRS and baggage inventory procedures preferred.
Good English, Arabic is a plus.
Valid driving license required.
Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Able to work in airside environment and adhere to safety regs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate baggage sortation and handling for arrivals and departures.
Ensure efficient loading and offloading of baggage per airline requirements and SLAs.
Prepare ULDs and baggage carts for departure.
Maintain accurate baggage inventory and perform BRS duties.
Coordinate with OCC on daily manpower and workload requirements.
Inspect GSE and report defects to maintenance.
Ensure SOPs, security and safety standards are followed.
Record incidents and maintain operational documentation.
