Job summary

Soundlines Consultancy is seeking an experienced Ramp Team Leader to oversee daily airport ramp operations, ensuring safe and timely aircraft turnaround. You will lead ramp agents and loading teams, supervise GSE usage, and ensure compliance with airline loading instructions and safety rules.

The role requires hands-on experience in aircraft handling, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate shifts in a fast-paced environment at the airport.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport ramp operations and ground handling.
• Hands-on experience with aircraft turnaround and loading/unloading.
• Knowledge of GSE and ramp safety procedures.
• Ability to supervise teams and communicate priorities.
• Familiar with DGR and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ramp operations for safe, timely aircraft turnaround.
• Lead ramp agents and loading teams during arrivals and departures.
• Ensure proper loading per Load Plan and airline requirements.
• Complete reports and logs such as LIR and shift checklists.
• Operate and supervise GSE and report faults promptly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
• Conduct briefings, allocate duties and manage shift changes.
