Flyadeal is seeking a qualified inspector to supervise inspection programs and aircraft records, ensuring airworthiness of all aircraft through continuous oversight and coordination with maintenance providers.

The role requires a GACA Part 66 license or equivalent, +6 years in aircraft maintenance with +3 years in inspection or quality, and a strong grasp of GACAR 43, 65, 145, and 121 requirements. Based in Riyadh region, it involves direct release to service.

• Strong understanding of aircraft inspection techniques, maintenance documentation, and airworthiness release procedures.
• Proficiency in inspection tools calibration, recordkeeping systems, and quality control methods.
• GACA Part 66 License (A&P or B1/B2) or EASA License (or equivalent).

Mansioni

• Supervise inspection programs and aircraft records to maintain airworthiness of flyadeal aircraft.
• Exercise operational control for the RII program, inspections, and receiving inspections.
• Develop inspection standards and procedures in compliance with GACA regulations.
• Ensure inspections are documented before service release and records are correctly executed by maintenance providers.
• Approve serviceability determinations for aircraft, engines, and components at all levels (AWR).
• Ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment are calibrated and traceable.
• Investigate incidents to determine causes and implement preventive actions.
• Conduct spot checks of maintenance performed by flyadeal and AMO providers for conformity.
• Perform final product quality inspections during letter checks and before release to service.
