Job summary

Beond Airlines invites applications for a Chief Inspector to lead Saudi Arabia AOC maintenance oversight from Riyadh. The role drives inspection standards, quality assurance, and independence of airworthiness determinations, interfacing with GACA on key issues.

Mandatories include a current A&P mechanic certificate, 3+ years on varied large aircraft, and 1+ year as inspector with supervisory experience. Desirable Airbus exposure and fluent English (Arabic helpful).

Qualifications

• Hold a mechanic certificate with both airframe and powerplant (A&P) ratings for at least 3 years.
• At least 3 years' maintenance experience on different types of large aircraft (10+ seats).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience maintaining the same category and class of aircraft.
• Full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual; acceptable to GACA.
• Airbus type experience (desirable).
• Strong quality-systems and required-inspection background (desirable).
• Fluent English; Arabic advantageous (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Administer the required inspection programme and maintain the Required Inspection Items (RII) list.
• Set inspection standards and oversee the inspector cadre and maintenance quality assurance.
• Ensure inspection independence and integrity of airworthiness determinations.
• Audit maintenance activities and records and drive corrective action.
• Interface with GACA on inspection and quality matters.
