Job summary

BEC Arabia seeks a Land Surveyor Assistant for our Khobar field team in the Eastern Province. You will assist senior surveyors in collecting measurements, operating total stations, GPS devices and levels, and documenting data to support large-scale infrastructure projects.

Based on the role, you will prepare site plans and maps while coordinating with construction teams to ensure data accuracy and project alignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in land surveying or a similar role.
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and mapping software.
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and municipal regulations.

About the Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor Assistant to join our dynamic construction team in Khobar. In this role you will work closely with experienced land surveyors to support the accurate measurement and mapping of project sites, ensuring the success of our large-scale infrastructure and construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior land surveyors in conducting field surveys to collect accurate measurements and data.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment such as total stations, GPS devices and levels.

Working Conditions

Primarily field-based role with work conducted on active construction sites. Exposure to outdoor environments including high temperatures and dusty conditions. Use of personal protective equipment PPE such as helmets, safety vests and boots is mandatory. Standard workweek with occasional overtime based on project needs. Regional travel within the Eastern Province may be required.

Qualifications
