BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Land Survey Supervisor to join our Riyadh-based team. You will oversee all land surveying activities across large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with the SBC, and coordination with project managers, engineers, and field teams.

With 8+ years of surveying experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, you will develop survey plans, manage teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure data quality while adhering to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in land surveying, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all land surveying activities, ensuring SBC compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to define survey requirements and deliverables.
