Job summary

Alpin Limited seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to support major infrastructure and urban development projects in Saudi Arabia. You will plan, execute and coordinate land, topographic, route and construction surveying activities, ensuring accuracy and traceability for design and construction.

You will lead survey teams, manage control points, and deliverables while collaborating with design, BIM and GIS teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in land surveying, incl. infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in surveying/Geomatics or MEng Geomatics Engineering
• Professional certification or membership preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out land topographic, route, and construction surveys
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks and reference systems
• Perform setting-out, alignment, levelling, and as-built surveys
• Collect and validate field survey data using appropriate equipment and digital workflows
• Review survey information against drawings, models and project requirements; coordinate corrections
• Review and validate survey data and deliverables prepared by third-party surveyors
• Prepare and maintain survey records, field notes, drawings, reports and as-built information
• Coordinate surveying activities with engineering, design, BIM, GIS and construction teams
• Lead and coordinate survey teams; promote safe working practices
• Support cadastral mapping, 3D scanning, or point-cloud workflows when required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support major infrastructure and urban development projects in Saudi Arabia The role will be responsible for planning executing and coordinating land topographic route and construction surveying activities ensuring that survey information is accurate traceable and suitable for use throughout design and construction

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out land topographic route and construction surveys across project sites
• Establish and maintain survey control points benchmarks and reference systems required for project delivery
• Perform setting-out alignment levelling and as-built surveys and verify the accuracy of completed works
• Collect process and validate field survey data using appropriate surveying equipment and digital workflows
• Review survey information against drawings models and project requirements identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrective action where required
• Review and validate survey data and deliverables prepared by third-party surveyors
• Prepare and maintain survey records field notes drawings reports and as-built information in a controlled and auditable manner
• Coordinate surveying activities and outputs with engineering design BIM GIS and construction teams and support the planning of additional site surveys and investigations when required
• Lead and coordinate survey teams promoting safe working practices and consistent survey quality
• Support specialist survey activities such as cadastral mapping 3D scanning or point-cloud data processing where required by the project

Qualifications

• amp Experience
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in land surveying including major infrastructure and construction projects
• Bachelor s degree in surveying Geomatics Engineering or a closely related discipline OR MEng in Geomatics Engineering
• Strong practical experience in setting-out alignment levelling topographic surveys and as-built verification
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate survey teams and manage survey information across multidisciplinary projects
• Relevant professional certification or membership is preferred
