BEC Arabia: Land Surveyor Assistant in Riyadh to support field surveys, data collection, and site analysis across our construction projects.

You will work under senior surveyors, operate total stations, GPS, and levels, and prepare reports while ensuring SBC compliance. This role offers hands-on training, safety-first culture, and clear growth into advanced surveying roles within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting or mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior surveyors in conducting field surveys, including topographical, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and levels.
• Collect and record accurate field data for use in project planning and execution.
• Support the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and documentation in compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all surveying activities adhere to Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other applicable regulations.
