Job summary

Wiyyana by Huspy in Riyadh is seeking a proactive Land Origination Specialist to identify and originate high-quality land opportunities across Riyadh, building direct relationships with landowners, developers and investors to drive transactions from initial opportunity to closing.

You will work across outright land sales and potential development or investment structures, evaluating opportunities, coordinating site visits, negotiations and ensuring a robust sales pipeline within Huspy's

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh real estate and land market.
• Existing network of landowners, developers, investors or brokers.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities rather than rely on leads.

• Track record of closing real estate transactions is preferred.

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors and family offices.
• Understand developer acquisition criteria and actively source land against real demand.
• Evaluate opportunities based on location, size, pricing, permitted use and development potential.
• Prepare clear investment opportunities for presentation to qualified buyers.
• Match land opportunities with relevant developers and investors.
• Coordinate site visits, offers, negotiations and transaction progression.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, buyers and active negotiations.
• Work closely with Wiyyana’s wider sales, investment and financing ecosystem to identify additional opportunities.

About The Role

This is not a traditional land-listing role.

You will be responsible for originating high-quality land opportunities across Riyadh, developing relationships with landowners, developers and investors, and driving transactions from initial opportunity through to closing.

You will work across outright land sales as well as potential development and investment structures where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

We are open to different backgrounds. You may currently work in land brokerage, investment sales, real estate development, acquisitions or real estate advisory.

• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh real estate and land market
• An existing network of landowners, developers, investors or brokers
• Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities rather than wait for leads
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
• Understanding of land pricing and development potential
• Ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients
• High ownership, persistence and execution speed
• A track record of closing real estate transactions is strongly preferred

You Will Stand Out If You Have

• Direct relationships with major Riyadh landowners
• Relationships with active real estate developers
• Experience in large land or investment transactions
• Experience sourcing land for developers
• Understanding of JV, land contribution or development structures
• A strong existing pipeline or network that can be activated immediately
