Job summary

Techno Orbits Company is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to lead post-sales operational activities for laboratory products and medical devices. The role ensures customer requirements are fulfilled and commitments are met through cross-functional coordination with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Procurement and Regulatory Affairs.

You will monitor delivery, installation, and commissioning, manage inventory and future demand, and drive process improvements to speed turnaround times while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in Operations, Medical Devices, Laboratory Products, or the IVD sector.
• Understanding of post-sales operations, supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of the medical device and healthcare business environment.
• Strong coordination, planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day post-sales operational activities related to laboratory products and devices.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure availability of devices, consumables, materials and spare parts.
• Coordinate with procurement regarding purchase needs and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensure product and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure post-sales commitments are delivered.
• Follow up on product delivery, installation and commissioning activities with relevant departments.
• Monitor post-sales customer requirements and resolve operational issues and delays.
• Monitor inventory and future demand in coordination with sales, warehouse and procurement.
• Address operational bottlenecks in supply and delivery.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency and turnaround time of post-sales operations.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and service levels; report to the Operations Director.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key coordination point between departments to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

The Lab Operations Manager Is Responsible For Managing And Coordinating Post-Sales Operational Activities Related To Laboratory Products And Medical Devices Ensuring Efficient Execution Of Customer Requirements And Company Commitments Through Effective Coordination With Sales Service Warehouse Procurement And Regulatory Affairs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage And Follow Up On Day-To-Day Operational Activities Related To Laboratory Products And Devices After Sales Completion Ensure Customer Orders And Operational Requirements Are Executed Within Agreed Timelines
• Coordinate With The Warehouse To Ensure Availability Of Devices Consumables Materials And Spare Parts
• Coordinate With Procurement Regarding Operational Requirements Purchase Needs And Expected Delivery Timelines
• Coordinate With Regulatory Affairs To Ensure Relevant Product And Regulatory Requirements Are Fulfilled
