As an L2 Production Support & Administration professional at Algoquad in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of maintaining stability, performance, and security across enterprise production environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass investigating production data using SQL, troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP payloads using Postman, and performing deep log and trace analyses utilizing GCP Operations Suite, ELK, Grafana, or similar observability platforms. You will support complex core banking systems such as Temenos, Finacle, FLEXCUBE, or Fineract, alongside ERP and BPM platforms. Working in a high-stakes environment, you will drive incident resolution, coordinate with external software vendors and development teams, maintain meticulous technical documentation, and remain comfortable supporting critical incidents outside standard working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
