• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial shipping or related field.

• Understand the account plan and plan all operational activities to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and provide seamless support, acting as the first contact for updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with customer, internal and Corporate functions to ensure shipments are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Handle complaints or issues in first line and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
