The Career Nest is partnering with a casual neighbourhood dining destination in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, seeking a driven Junior Sous Chef to bridge the pass and the team in an upscale kitchen with a French Riviera spirit.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, oversee preparation, maintain rigorous standards, and step up to run the line during busy services. English fluency is mandatory; French or Arabic are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years solid kitchen background, including Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef responsibilities.
• Strong technical culinary skills with consistency, organization, and leadership potential.
• Disciplined, adaptable, able to stay calm during high-volume services.
• English fluency is mandatory; French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision and quality.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, leading by example.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene across all stations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen flow during services.
