The Career Nest partners with a casual neighbourhood dining destination in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous and Head Chef. You will oversee preparation, maintain standards, and run the line when needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years kitchen experience, fine-dining exposure, fluent English, and a disciplined, adaptable approach to high-volume services; French or Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of solid kitchen background, including fine dining exposure.
• 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in upscale environments.
• Strong technical culinary skills with leadership potential.
• Fluent English mandatory; additional French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilités
