Job summary

GE Vernova in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Junior Service Customer Account Manager for MEAT region to support the lifecycle of service contracts and coordinate field operations. You will assist Account Managers in delivering contractual commitments and tracking performance metrics.

This role requires a technical mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work across engineering teams and external partners to ensure high-value service delivery and regional commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates up to 4 years of experience in Industrial, Energy, Oil & Gas or/ and Manufacturing environments.
• Foundational understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of service contracts and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional field operations for timely service delivery.
• Prepare data for reviews and reports to drive efficiency.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and customers.
• Ensure compliance with GE Vernova policies and safety standards.
