Job summary

Smart Technology Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking an accounting specialist to record daily transactions, prepare invoices and payment entries, and reconcile bank and supplier balances. You will support accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain financial records, and assist with monthly closing activities.

You will also support VAT preparation and ZATCA compliance, prepare basic financial reports, and coordinate with auditors as required, while upholding accurate documentation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience needed.
• Experience in the Saudi market required.
• Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions.
