Job summary

G&P Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to support daily financial operations in Riyadh. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, and assist with month-end closings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, Saudi VAT knowledge, and familiarity with ERP systems. English communication and meticulous organization are essential for cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Logistics / Transportation / Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT and accounting practices.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records
• Manage basic accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing
• Assist with VAT and financial reporting activities
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting and billing matters
