Job summary

Unipal, a student discounts and experiences platform, is expanding in Jeddah. As Partnerships Executive you will build the partner base in the city, finding, pitching, negotiating, and signing brands that students love while hitting monthly targets.

You will work closely with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate contracts, and a strong local presence at universities and events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia with deal-closure experience.
• Ability to walk into a business, pitch, and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and its brand landscape.
• Comfortable with monthly targets, KPIs, and CRM usage.
• Attention to detail in contracts and partner handovers.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign student-relevant brands across Jeddah.
• Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
• Build a presence around Jeddah's universities to drive partner footfall.
• Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
• Ensure new partners are a long-term fit with smooth onboarding.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage.
• Keep CRM pipeline clean and report numbers clearly.
• Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
