Job summary

Ninja is seeking a motivated IT Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer program. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience and develop technical skills in a professional work environment.

You will assist with day-to-day IT support, hardware and software issues, setup for new employees, user access, inventory, and ongoing IT projects, while learning from a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate eligible for Tamheer program.
• Interest in IT and technical support.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities
