Merge Recruitment Agency seeks an IT Specialist for our client in Riyadh. The role involves maintaining system efficiency, ensuring integrated design, and troubleshooting user-reported issues across servers and networks.

You will monitor security, manage VPN connections between branches, and support CCTV configurations while handling ERP tools and Cisco networking equipment. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred, with a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and at least 3 years’ experience.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in the same field.
• Experience with SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Domain Controller management.
• Experience with Remote Desktop services.
• Cisco router and switches configuration.
• DB administration.
• Technical software support.
• Configuring CCTV systems.
• VPN between branches.
• ERP administrator experience (Aswaq and Oracle 13.6).
