Job summary

Amsy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an IT Support & IT Administrator to deliver Level 1–2 end-user support and manage the company’s IT infrastructure across departments and projects.

You will administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, ERP permissions, CCTV systems, and network infrastructure while ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery. 5–8 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT Support and IT Administration.
• Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central ERP.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows Server and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with backup and recovery systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, MFA, and licensing.
• Support and manage users and permissions within Microsoft Business Central ERP.
• Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Manage Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and wireless networks.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV, NVR/DVR, biometric, and access control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for CCTV and security systems.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity controls.
• Monitor external server backup devices and ensure backups are maintained on time.
• Maintain the IT asset register, software licenses, and vendor coordination.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Configure user profiles and workstation settings.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system, hardware, and software issues.
• Support the smooth operation of IT systems across the company and project environments.
